The Goblin Queen and the Gobin Princess, art by Ed Benes For fans of the X-Men, two of the most interesting villians are the Goblin Queen and the Goblin Princess. The Goblin Queen is linked to Jean Grey and Scott Summers, and her images are often fan favorites. Madelyne Jennifer Pryor-Summers, a clone of the (then) late Jean Grey, was once married to Cyclops and, long story short, went nuts and became the Goblin Queen, with the help of old X-Foe Mr. Sinister. She first appeared in Uncanny X-Men #168 (April 1983). [xyz-ihs snippet=”TextBlockWhite”] The Goblin Princess is really Meggan Puceanu, and she first appeared in Mighty World of Marvel #7, (December 1983), and was created by Alan Moore and Alan Davis. She is a mutant whose ability to adapt to different situations can at times create problems. During the demonic invasion of New York by Inferno, she transformed into the Goblin Princess.
