Fantastic Four #643 Story Synopsis: [WARNING:SPOILERS]
As part of "The End is Fourever" story line leading up to the supposed end of the Fantastic Four title in a few months, this issue is, as with the others written by James Robinson and drawn by Leonard Kirk, superb! Maybe FANTASTIC would be a better word...
This comic book has it all! Villains, monsters, emotion, relationships, battles, superhero guest appearances and much more!
We see Reed Richards escape from the Quiet Man and then have an emotional reunion with Sue. Rick Sheridan prepares to enter the Mindscape as Sleepwalker, and he needs Sue, Namor, and Franklin Richards to accompany him. Johnny and buddy Wyatt Wingfoot are armored up (Johnny is still without his powers), to protect Sheridan from bad guys, and superheroes around the world are fighting the monsters that appear everywhere. Ben and Spidey and others, are in New York fighting the local monsters.
Oh, and there is a very interesting and very touching conversation between The Wizard and his son/clone Bentley 23, who in the last issue rescued his friends from his father's machinations. This part adds many layers to the Wizard's character. This part, in our opinion is worth the price of the comic by itself!

Fantastic Four Story Arc:
This is part of the "Back in Blue" story arc where the Fantastic Four get back together to face their problems.
Also, this is part of the ongoing story arc from Fantastic Four #1 (volume 5), in which all sorts of bad things have hit them. We found out in FF #14 (volume 5), that all the bad stuff in the issues from Fantastic Four #1 (volume 5) up to this point are machinations of the Quiet Man.
